Biography
William Foncham is the Founder and Principal Consultant of EduCounsel LLC, a workforce strategy and talent solutions firm helping organizations strengthen talent pipelines, improve organizational performance, and build sustainable workforce systems.
With more than ten years of progressive leadership experience, William has successfully led talent acquisition, workforce development, human resources, operations, organizational development, compliance, and program management initiatives across healthcare, behavioral health, education, nonprofit, workforce development, and community-based organizations.
