Partnerships
The pipeline works when both ends are built
EduCounsel sits between the institutions producing talent and the employers who need it, and builds the relationship that carries people from one to the other.
A partnership is not a referral agreement. It is a working arrangement with named coordination, placements that are tracked, and employers who are actually hiring at the end of it.
University and graduate program partnerships
Practicum coordination, internship placement, career readiness programming, student mentorship and workforce outcome tracking, built with the program rather than bolted onto it.
Employer partnerships
Employers who need a supply of qualified candidates join the same pipeline from the other end, with candidate pipelining, internship hosting and hiring support attached.
Community and workforce partnerships
Workforce boards, community organizations and grant-funded programs partner with EduCounsel on training-to-employment pipelines and employer engagement.
Pilot program spotlight
Graduate counseling workforce pipeline initiative
A pilot built to help counseling programs improve employment outcomes for their graduates while supporting employers with qualified talent. It is the clearest example of what EduCounsel means by a partnership: the program gets placement outcomes it can report, and the employer gets clinicians it can hire.
Programs and employers who want to join the pilot, or build something like it in another discipline, should start with a consultation.
